In an effort to enhance our performance and meet all the challenges inherent in our business environment, it is imperative that leaders in our companies spend time to reflect on our overall achievement and optimize our operation to further improve our results.

In line with the above, the Office of the CEO will introduce changes at the corporate level to better provide the leadership service that is expected of it by all our companies. The change will start effective January 1, 2006. The change will consolidate our activities in Marketing, Sales, Information, Legal, Ethics, Audit, Operation, Public Relations, Extracurricular Activities, Technology, Manpower Development/Training as well as Finance and Materials Management.

This optimization will help our effort, using the corporate culture that was introduced during the last five years. We shall achieve our target of becoming second-to-none in serving our customers with our quality and competitive products and services. Let us keep the momentum up and excel in all our endeavors. Working together, we can achieve our objectives.
