A foundation stone was laid on August 5, 2005 for the construction of a Business Complex Building in Dessie town named after Haji Mohammed Yassin the grandfather of Our Chairman Sheik Mohammed Hussein Ali Al–Amoudi, in Dessie town, near the street named after Sheik Mohammed Hussein Ali Al-Amoudi.

The corner stone was laid by the CEO Dr. Arega Yirdaw in the presence of the Administrator of South Wollo Zone, Officials of South Wollo Zone, representatives of governmental and non governmental institutions, religious leaders and elders as well as the Business community of Dessie town. The Building is expected to be completed within a period of two years.

The Building is being under construction by Huda Real Estate PLC, at estimated cost of 20 million Birr. It would be used for school, cinema hall, offices and other businesses.
