The management and Labor Union of MIDROC Gold Mine Company have renewed their collective agreement that will remain effective for the next three years. The agreement was signed by Dr. Arega Yirdaw, CEO and General Manager of MIDROC Gold and Ato Gezaheghe G/Yohannes Labor Union leader of the company. The renewed agreement has accommodated additional benefits with full understanding to respect interests of the employees as well as the company.

On this occasion Ato Gezaheghe expressed his happiness over the renewal and signing of the agreement. He also appreciated the CEO, Dr. Arega for establishing modern management system and thanked him for his commendable role in ensuring the rights of the employees.

On the other hand the CEO and members of his delegation held talks with leaders of different departments of the company and have paid visit to Oddo Shakiso Secondery and preparatory School to evaluate earlier corporate assistances.
