Huda Real Estate is organized under the Office of the Chief Executive Officer of MIDROC Ethiopia and is lead by a Deputy General Manager, directly reporting to the CEO. The company has four major services: Human Resource Service, Financial Service, Engineering & Project Service, and Materials Management Service, all of which are managed by qualified managers endowed with rich experience, and geared up for company future growth.

In order to facilitate an effective management of the company, the Management has placed different Policies and Procedures into practice. Among these are:

  • Human Resources Services Policy and Procedure Manual (HRSPM)
  • Financial Services Policy and Procedure Manual (FSPM)
  • Attest Plan
  • Materials Management Services Policy and Procedure manual (MMSPM)
  • Organizational Structure Manual (OSM)
  • Protection Services Policy and Procedure Manual (PSPM)
  • Educational Policy
  • HIV/AIDS Policy Manual

All Policy and Procedure Manuals are subject to change and hence nearly 80 directives have been released to improve the policies.

The Company is established to accomplish the following business purposes:

  • Carry on land development activities;

  • Buy and/or construct residential houses, apartments, villas and condominiums; buildings for offices, and shopping centers; and other buildings for various facilities and services;

  • Sell, rent and administer said buildings and constructions;

  • Import from abroad all essential materials and equipment to carryon its activities enumerated above;

  • Engage in any other activity related to its purposes.

  • A Business Complex Building located in Dessie Town

Huda has professional work relationship with Innovators Consulting Engineers, which is one of Sheik Mohammed Hussein Ali Al-Amoudi's companies, located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
