One of the most significant contributions of the Office of the Chief Executive Officer, MIDROC Ethiopia, to the growth of modern management system in the country is its practical engagement in the implementation of the principles of Corporate Citizenship. Such a social responsibility is manifested both internally and externally through different activities.

KOSPI is actively participating in the activities of the Corporate Intervention Team on HIV/AIDS (CIT), which has been organized under the Office of the CEO, MIDROC Ethiopia, to prevent and control the spread of HIV Virus among the employees of the MIDROC Ethiopia Technology Group Companies as well as their family members.

The company is also involved in different social responsibility activities. It is a member of different Professional Associations such as Ethiopian Society of Mechanical Engineers; Business Associations such as Ethiopian Manufacturing Association, Addis Ababa Chamber of Commerce and Ethiopian Employers' Federation; and Humanitarian and other Associations such as Ethiopian Red Cross Society, Ethiopian Mental Health Society, Children’s Heart Fund of Ethiopia, and Green & Clean Addis Ababa Association.
