DIL SUPER

Dil Super Paint is an emulsion paint for interior and exterior walls and ceilings. It is self-priming, odorless and dries perfect flat finish. Since the paint does not prevent breathing of surfaces, it can be applied on new plaster without any danger.

Resin dispersion in water such as styrene acrylic, vinyl acetate vinyl versatate, acrylic resin etc. are used as binder for Super paint, which gives excellent adhesion and good resistance to weather.

DIL MICA

Dil Mica Paint is long life protective emulsion paint of interior and exterior walls. The overlapping nature of mica flakes with the copolymer dispersion binders gives the paint outstanding durability and doesn't require repainting up to five years.

DIL WUBET

Dil Wubet is plastic emulsion paint designed for interior walls and ceilings with good coverage, washability and durability. The paint dries to perfect flat finish.

DIL QUARTZ PAINT

Dil Quartz Paint is special high grade paint with rough styling texture finish for interior and exterior wall application.

Dil Quartz consists of special resin, quartz from natural origin, non fading pigment and chemical enhancing agent which makes it excellent weather resistance.

DIL SYNTHETIC ENAMEL PAINT

Dil Synthetic Enamel Paint is air-drying synthetic enamel for interior and exterior use. The paint can be applied on metal and wood furniture, machineries, household appliances, tools, and electrical ranges, etc.

Synthetic Enamel paint has good gloss, color retention, good weather resistance and withstand heavy impact and abrasion.

Alkyd resin is used as binder for Enamel paint and it contains pigments and additives.

DIL METAL PRIMER PAINT

Dil Metal Primer Paint is used as first coat on iron and steel surfaces and as anti corrosive protection for steel structures such as fences, storage tanks, gates, etc.

Alkyd Resin is used as binder for this anti corrosive primer and it contains Iron oxides red pigments.

DIL MINERAL PAINT

DIL ALKYD VARNISH

Dil Alkyd Varnish is a clear gloss finish designed for the protection of wood surfaces such as, windows, doors, furniture, etc. It also enhances natural appearance of the wood and will make the surface easy to clean.

DIL POLYURETHANE VARNISH

High quality varnish designed for all wood surface especially where high glass finish and water resistance is required. It is particularly designed for high grade furniture.

DIL ALUMINUM PAINT

Dil Aluminum Paint is used for protecting, decorating metal and Steel surfaces.

The paint based on leafing aluminum flake combines with weather resistant medium. Leafing properties of the paint contributes to its weather and heat resistance nature.

DIL FURNITURE LACQUER

Dil Furniture Lacquer is nitrocellulose chips bases fast drying and high filling varnish, which is especially designed as finishing coat for wood surface.

DIL TRAFFIC (ROAD MARKING) PAINT

Dil Traffic Paint is used on concerts, asphalt, runways, parking lots, etc. The paint is fast drying and especially formulated with resin which has excellent abrasion, weather, and heat resistance.

DIL HAMMER FINISH

Dil Hammer Finish is an industrial paint used extensively on household and office furniture. The surface painted with the paint has an attractive hammered appearance. Since the paint is based on Styrenated alkyd resin and aluminum pigments, it is fast drying, glossy, and has excellent adhesion.

BLACK BOARD PAINT

Black Board Paint is used for the paint of black boards. It is designed in such a way that the blackboard can take chalk clearly and easy to keep clean.

DIL ZINK CHROMATE PRIMER

Zinc Chromate Primer is rust inhibitive primer based on zinc chromate pigments. It is fast drying and gives superior corrosions resistance to iron and steel surfaces.

DIL ACRYLIC LACQUER

Dil Acrylic lacquer is a two component lacquer particularly designed for high quality wood work finish, furniture, parquet floor, etc. Dil Acrylic lacquer is a fast drying finish and has excellent water resistance.

ACRYLIC PAINT

Acrylic Paint is a two component paint based on acrylic resin and activator which gives hardness to the film. It has good scratch and abrasion resistance and also good resistance to solvent attracts. The paint can be used for automotives metal, wood and concrete surfaces.

DIL GLUE

Dil Glue is a general purpose glue for bonding of wood, carton and paper. Since of proper chemical adhesive is encorporated in Dil Glue, it can be used for all kinds of wood and paper.

DIL TILE FIX

Dil Tile FIx is a multi purpose Acrylic polymer emulsion adhesive for quartz floor tile, PVC tile and textile floor coverage.

The extremely low content of volatile organic compounds in Dil Tile Fix causes no smell during and after application.

Non-Metallic Fillers are generally inert substances, which improve products' specific gravity, hardness, brightness, strength in impact & compression, point of softening, refractoriness, electrical and heat conductivity smoothens of surface, color, transparency and other properties. The major products of MBI's Filler Factory Operations are Limestone and Dolomite Fillers.

LIMESTONE

It is a type of rock made up of mostly Calcite, a mineral form of Calcium Carbonate. MBI's "Abyssinia" Non-Metallic Fillers have the following characteristics:

• It is one of the cheapest fillers
• Non toxic, non irritating, odorless
• Relatively white with low refractive index, easily colored to any desired shade
• Possibility of obtaining a wide range of particle size distribution
• Abundant raw material supply
• Stable over a wide range of temperature. It decomposes at 900 - 1100 degree Celsius

Calcium Carbonate Fillers are needed by the Industry, Agriculture and Construction Sectors.

The Industry needs ground limestone of uniform particle size for the following:

• As an ingredient in stucco and terrazzo tiles.

• Coarse forms of limestone aggregates are used extensively in the manufacture of concrete products such as Blocks, Bricks and Pipes.

• Fine ground and pulverized limestone of varying degrees is commonly used in small quantities as filler for asbestos products.

• Ground limestone is used for production of cultured marble.

A very high volume of calcium carbonate fillers are also used in Paint Industries, Rubber Industries, Paper Industries, Carpet Packing Industries, Feed Staff Industries, Cosmotic Industries, Pharmaceutical Industries, and wide range of plastics (Polyethylene, PVC compound)

The greatest use of limestone in agriculture is for soil treatment where it is used to neutralize acidic soils and add the essential plant nutrients such as calcium and Magnesium. Farmers prefer the more finally pulverized forms of limestone since they do have immediate reaction than coarse ones.

For construction purpose limestone should be clean, strong, durable sound and dense dolmite.

Advice to make use of Filler Products for best results:

• A particle size of 25 micron are used as a filler in paint industries to have a uniform mixture. Paints should be deprived of certain coarse particles.

• A particle size of up to 5 micron Calcium Carbonate can be used as a filler in paper making Industries.

• Particle size with a top cut of 500 micron up to 2000 micron can be used for decoration, drilling, animal feed and terrazzo tiles.

DOLOMITE

Dolomite is a mineral rock which serves as a chief source of Magnesium obtained from the earth crust. Its pure form has a range of Color from White to Yellow.

Dolomite Fillers are are used in smelting of iron and steel, as a filler in paint industries, in scouring powder and soap, in making special cement, and lime refractories. Fertilizer blending plants also use as fillers in mixed fertilizers.

HYDRAFORM BLOCKS

Hydraform Blocks are used for Construction Residential Houses, Factories, Schools, Museums, Secunty fences, Stores and Warehouses, etc. MBI produces two types of blocks (220x220x115mm and 220x140x115mm) for use in external and partition construction works respectively.Half lengths of the above varieties can also be produced and used at the beginning and finish ends of the wall for creating proper interlock and regular pattern of the blocks.

TERRAZZO TILES

Terazzo Tiles are applied in the flooring of Homes, Offices, Shops, Schools, Hospitals and other buildings. MBI produces square and hexagonal-shaped tiles of differnt size and color ranges are as per customers choice.

ROOF TILES

Concrete Roof Tiles are best to cover Residencial Houses, Offices, Shops, Hotels, etc. Size of the tiles are standard and popular colors are gray, red and blue.

PAVEMENT TILES

Concrete Pavement Tiles can be applied for the flooring of:

• Compounds and Pavements of Homes, Factories, Offices and
• Pedestrian side walks of asphalt road

MBI produces two types of tiles (300x300x50mm and 250x250x45mm)

CULTURED MARBLE

Cultured Marble is an artificially manuactured product which can substitute the function of natural marble and ceramics in the construction industry. MBI cultured marble products range from soap and shampoo to dish, washing basin sink and bath tubs, table tops, skirting and others as per customers request.

MBI produces "Rikett" Brand Floor Tiles of 34 different colors with 1.6mm, 2.0 mm, 2.5 mm & 3.2 mm thickness and standard size of 300mmx300mm and 600mmx600mm under the license of Rikett Bergan Norway.

The choice of thickness depends on a number of factors including:

• anticipated type and volume of traffic,
• estimated useful life of the building,
• proposed maintenance program, and
• specific factors such as use of fork lift, pallet trucks and other wheeled traffic.
