TRUST Protection & Personnel Services PLC is organized under Chief Executive Officer of MIDROC Ethiopia and lead by a Deputy General Manager, directly reporting to the CEO. The company has four Operation Units: Deployment and Customer Support Operations, Safety and Security Systems/Devices Unit, Training Operations and Recruitment Operations; and four Service Units: Management Services, Finance Services and Materials Management & Stores Services, all of which are managed by qualified managers endowed with rich experience, and geared up for company future growth.

In order to maintain a modern and effective management system, the Company's Management has introduced and put into practice different Policies and Procedures. Among these are:

  • Human Resources Services Policy and Procedure Manual (HRSPM)
  • Financial Services Policy and Procedure Manual (FSPM)
  • Materials Management Services Policy and Procedure manual (MMSPM)
  • Organizational Structure Manual (OSM)
  • Protection Services Policy and Procedure Manual (PSPM)
  • Educational Policy
  • HIV/AIDS Policy Manual

All Policy and Procedure Manuals are subject to change and hence nearly 80 directives have been released to improve the policies.

Trust Protection and Personnel Services PLC is established to accomplish the following business purposes:

  1. Giving consultancy services on Protection, Industrial Safety, and Fire

  2. Protecting assets of Companies, Individuals and Corporate Offices

  3. Importing, selling, installing and maintaining protection, fire and safety equipment

  4. Providing temporary & permanent personnel services to individuals as well as organizations

  5. Engaging in tailor made training concerning fire, safety, protection and other fields

  6. Engaging in any other related business activities which the Company may find relevant to enhance the above-mentioned business of the Company.

PRESENT UNDERTAKINGS  
 
 

Currently, TRUST is rendering Protection and Personnel Services to more than 26 companies including the MIDROC Ethiopia Technology-Group Companies, Embassies & Diplomat's Residences, Banks, Insurances and the like.

TRUST is also providing training for Protection Officers and Office Attendants for different organizations in Ethiopia. So far, trainings have been given to Ethiopian Airlines, Ethiopian Petroleum Enterprise, Ethiopian Red Cross Society, MOENCO and the MIDROC Ethiopia Technology-Group Companies.

MANPOWER  
 
 

Presently, TRUST employs 15 permanent employees, out of whom 3 have their 1st degree, 6 have diploma and 6 have completed 12th grade education.

The company also employs more than 1000 contract employees having a minimum qualification of completion of 10th grade education. These employees include protection officers, office attendants, sanitary attendants, vehicle operators, gardners, clerks, porters, and manual labor service providers who are employed in different organizations including embassies, banks, insurances, the MIDROC Ethiopia Technology-Group Companies, and other private and governmental offices.
