the Chief Executive Officer of MIDROC Ethiopia
and lead by a Deputy General Manager, directly
reporting to the CEO. The company has three major
operations: Sales Operation, Product Management
Operations and Product Store Operations; and four
Services: Human Resource Service, Finance Services,
Engineering and Technical Support Services, all
of which are managed by qualified managers endowed
with rich experience, and geared up for company
future growth.
In order to facilitate an effective management
of the company, the Management has placed different
Policies and Procedures into practice. Among these
are:
- Human Resources Services Policy and Procedure
Manual (HRSPM)
- Financial Services Policy and Procedure Manual
(FSPM)
- Materials Management Services Policy and Procedure
manual (MMSPM)
- Organizational Structure Manual (OSM)
- Protection Services Policy and Procedure Manual
(PSPM)
- Educational Policy
- HIV/AIDS Policy Manual
All Policy and Procedure Manuals are subject
to change and hence nearly 80 directives have
been released to improve the policies. |

construction materials such as Reinforcement Bars, Plywood,
Formica, PVC Tiles, Adhesives, Skirting, Ceramic Tiles,
Sheet Glass, Home Appliances, Electronic Items, Wooden
Doors, PVC and Galvanized Pipes, Ceiling Tiles, etc.
In addition the company has also opened a 'mini shop'
in the same premises providing sales of stationary and
cleaning materials to better convenience its existing
customers and acquire new ones. |

| Aside
from being a "One-Stop-Shop" for the average
home builder, addis HOME DEPOT PLC plans to import construction
materials & finishing products, and also participate
in various tenders for providing construction materials
to contractors and real estate developers in the country. |

the fields of Marketing & Sales, Materials Management,
Engineering, Finance, Documentation & Secretarial
